About Me
As a seasoned professional specializing in innovation, I have led, coached, and trained teams across both traditional and digital sectors. With experience spanning over numerous companies and teams, many of which were new to innovative practices, I have successfully launched and influenced a wide range of products and services in the market in industrial, healthcare, financial industries.
Throughout my career, I have conducted over dozens of workshops, engaging participants from C-suite executives to daily operators. These workshops are designed not only to spark insight but to sustain it, ensuring that operational rigor maintains the momentum of innovation.
I hold an MBA from the prestigious California College of the Arts, where I specialized in design strategy, innovation, and strategic foresight. My expertise in blending design, foresight and business strategy was recently highlighted in Nathan Shedroff’s book, A Whole New Strategy.
Before diving into innovation, I began my career as an architectural designer, running my own business and creating designs for contractors, real estate developers, and homeowners. Originally from Northern New Jersey, I spent a decade in California before returning to my roots, driven by a passion to foster innovative thinking in New Jersey.
